Daily Program
The following program is a general outline which can be subject to change of the residential daily program offered at the Ashram

Wake up call |
| 6:00 am | Early Morning Class: Depending on the level and ability of the students classes will include Asana (postures) Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation and Vedic Mantra Chanting |
| 7:30 am | Breakfast |
| 8:00 am | Karma Yoga - the yoga of mindful action - group participation for half an hour in general duties |
| 9:00 am | Lifestyle participation with the community residents in Karma Yoga - mindfulness in shared skills and energy can be in the flower or veggie garden, learn to prepare vegetarian food, bread making, library, workshop, office and other interesting and creative activities |
Weekend Course Program Saturday 9.00am forest walk 9.45 to 11.00am Session on the weekend theme 3.30pm Asana - posture class Sunday follows the same program up to Lunch at 12.00 |
