Transport to and from the ashram

Public Transport

Public transport is available by rail or bus to Ballarat or Daylesford.  Check VLine for schedules.

Transport to/from Ballarat, Daylesford or Creswick

The taxi service will be arranged for those arriving/departing from Daylesford or Creswick.

A fee of $30 per person applies when Ashram transport is used, otherwise you are requested to share the taxi fee.

Pick up/drop off times are either 10am or 3pm in Ballarat.

Transport is to be arranged 3 days prior to your arrival.

Please Note:  if you are arriving at Ballarat, Daylesford or Creswick before 10am or leaving the Ashram later than 2.30pm you will need to take a taxi ($60 from/to Ballarat or $35 from/to Daylesford & Creswick) which can be arranged through reception.

Please Note:  if for some reason we are not able to pick you up or drop you off you will be requested to use the taxi service which we will arrange for you.

When possible we aim to arrange sharing of a taxi with others arriving at the same time. 

Airport Shuttle Bus

There is an airport shuttlebus service operating between the airport to Ballarat and Creswick.

Please check www.airportshuttlebus.com.au for times. 

If your flight connects with the Creswick timetable it is more convenient for transport arrangements.
