2 nights Fri 2pm – Sun 2pm $210 - standard accommodation 

Each weekend follows the daily yoga progam plus discussion on the unique theme and applied yogic philosophy chosen for the weekend.

Seva Ashram Lifestyle Weekends

These weekends are to be attended in full from either 5pm Friday to 2pm Sunday or 9am Saturday to 2pm Sunday. By donation.

Head, Heart & Hands fully express themselves in the aspect of Karma Yoga -  an opportunity to offer your creative skills and energy to maintain the vision of yoga and to provide a place of learning and sustainability for the community and society. 

Seva is a natural and harmonious expression of the self.  You may be helping in the organic veggie garden, kitchen - vegetarian food preparation, bread making, maintenance - learning a new skills or sharing your skills, library, office or involved in a building project or the environmental property management project.

Daily yoga of morning posture class, relaxation - Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Evening program of havan and kirtan - chanting are part of the weekend program.
